How to Play Tennis Video TIP:  Ready Position for the Volley / PRO

Raemon Sluiter of the Netherlands demonstrates good hand positioning and height for his volleys.  He is able to adapt to various heights, spins and speeds on each side of his body by always recovering his hands to the ready position in front of him.  You will notice his racquet is in front of this chest each time between shots.  Many amateur players will let their hands drop between shots. This cuts into your reaction time.  Keep your hands up when volleying!
