TennisTIP specializes in group tennis lessons for young adults here in NYC and Miami . Please read our policies for more information regarding our Terms of Service.

TennisTIP offers a refund for classes not take plus( $30 processing fee) on all group lessons not taken, please let us know 72 hours before your scheduled class start date for refund via email. All refunds will have a $30 fee regardless of the 72 hour notice for the bank charge.

There is a 72-hour cancellation policy on all private tennis lessons. All lessons cancelled inside of 72 hours will not be refunded. Please schedule wisely since this is strictly enforced as a courtesy to the teaching professionals. Please give at least 72 hours notice if you decide to cancel for a refund (minus $20 processing fee). Calculations of your notice are based on when email is received at TennisTIP.com.

There are no refunds for TennisTIP Single Session Events. Please schedule wisely. Also, we do not offer future credit for missed events.
If you want to make changes to another clinic from the class you are signed up in, there is a $10 change of class fee. Please email Billing to arrange your change of class.
.Classes are programmed and scheduled to run each week here in Miami. Our commitment is that our staff will be there rain, wind, cold, hot or shine ready to go to make the lesson happen. If the student doesn't show because they interpreted the weather incorrectly or differently than our staff and we have class you lose the class with no make up.
The best and most reliable thing to do is to show up each week to guarantee your participation and we will decide together at the venue if class is on.
